Agreement
By creating an account or using SpySales, you agree to these terms. If you use SpySales for a company, you agree on its behalf.
The service
SpySales provides estimates of e-commerce store sales and related data based on publicly available information. Features vary by plan.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Free trials and billing
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices may change with advance notice.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse SpySales: no reselling access, no automated scraping of our service, no attempts to break its security, and no use that breaks the law.
Estimates, not guarantees
Sales and revenue figures are estimates and may differ from a store’s actual results. Use them as one input to your decisions. SpySales is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SpySales isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Intellectual property
SpySales and its software, design and content belong to us. You keep ownership of any data you upload.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you before they take effect.
